Emergency Telephone Charge 

The Jefferson County Emergency Communications Authority (JCECA), also known as 

the Jefferson County Emergency Telephone Service Authority (JCETSA) collects the 911 

Emergency Telephone Charge (ETC) for Jefferson and Broomfield Counties, Colorado. 

As of the date of this writing the ETC remains at $0.52 per line or service subscriber.
