JCECA meetings are held at the Jefferson County Courts and Admin Building, 100 Jefferson County Pkwy, Golden, CO.

Board of Directors – meet the third Thursday of each month at 0900 hrs (Mountain Time Zone).

Advisory Committee – meet the Tuesday that falls in the week preceding the Board of Directors meeting at 1000 hrs (Mountain Time Zone).

Your911.org is brought to you by the Jefferson County Emergency Communications Authority (JCECA).  JCECA provides funding for ten E9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in Jefferson and Broomfield Counties, Colorado.  Here is a list of the PSAP agencies we support:

Arvada Police Department

Arvada Fire/Rescue

Broomfield Police Department

Evergreen Fire/Rescue

Jefferson County Sheriffs Office

Golden Police Department

Lakewood Police Department

West Metro Fire/Rescue

Westminster Police Department

Wheat Ridge Police Department

Subscribers to wireline, wireless or VoIP telephone services in Jefferson and Broomfield Counties, CO pay an emergency telephone service charge (ETSC) when they pay their phone bill each month. The ETSC is collected by JCECA and used to fund E9-1-1 related needs of the ten PSAPs in order to provide for E9-1-1 service.  PSAPs are where E9-1-1 callis are received and from where first responders are dispatched to provide emergency services.
